Description Perindopril
The tablets are covered with a green film shell, round, double-convex, with engraving in the form of a heart on one side and the company logo on the other.

perindoprila arginine 10 mg,
which corresponds to perindopriva content 6.79 mg
Auxiliary substances: lactose monohydrate - 145.16 mg, magnesium stearate - 0.9 mg, maltodextrin - 18 mg, silicon dioxide colloidal hydrophobic - 0.54 mg, sodium carboxymethylstarch - 5.4 mg.
Shell composition: Sepifilm NT 3407 green film coat premix (glycerol (E422a) - 4.5%, hypromellose (E464) - 74.8%, macrogol 6000 - 1.8%, magnesium stearate - 4.5%, titanium dioxide (E171) - 14.11%, copper chlorophyll (E141(ii) - 0.29%) - 4.828 mg, macrogol 6000 - 0.172 mg.

The drug should be stored in a place not accessible to children. No special conditions are required to store the drug.
Best before date
The shelf life is three years. Do not apply after the expiry date indicated on the package.

Mechanism of Action
Perindopril is an inhibitor of the enzyme that converts angiotensin I to angiotensin II. ACE, or kininase II, is an exopeptidase that performs both the conversion of angiotensin I into the vasoconstrictive substance angiotensin II and the destruction of bradykinin, which has a vasodilating effect, to an inactive heptapeptide.

Method of use, course and dosage Perindopril
Inside 1 tablet 1 times/day, preferably in the morning, before eating.
When choosing a dose, it is necessary to take into account the peculiarities of the clinical situation (see the section "Special Instructions") and the degree of reduction of AD against the background of the therapy.
Arterial hypertension
Perindopril® A can be used both as a monotherapy and as a combination therapy (see sections "Contraindications", "Special Instructions" and "Pharmacological Action").
The recommended initial dose is five mg once a day
If necessary, a month after the start of therapy, the dose of the drug can be increased to 10 mg once a day. The maximum daily dose is ten mg.
