Drops for oral administration in the form of a clear yellowish-brown liquid with a fragrant odor; possible slight turbidity or slight precipitation during storage.

Composition Sinupret:

100 g
aqueous-alcoholic extract 29 g
from a mixture of the following types of medicinal plants:
gentian roots (Gentiana lutea) 0.2 g
primrose flowers (Primula veris) 0.6 g
sorrel herb (Rumex acetosa) 0.6 g
elder flowers (Sambucus nigra) 0.6 g
verbena herb (Verbena officinalis) 0.6 g
Ethanol content 16.0-19.0% (v / v).
Excipients: purified water - 71 g.

Combined herbal preparation. Pharmacological properties are due to biologically active substances that make up the drug.
has a secretolytic, secretomotor, anti-inflammatory, anti-edema, moderate antibacterial and antiviral effect. Promotes the outflow of exudate from the paranasal sinuses and upper respiratory tract, preventing the development of complications.

Overdose Sinupret:

Symptoms: may increase the severity of dose-dependent side effects.
Treatment: carrying out symptomatic therapy.

Indications for use Sinupret:

acute and chronic sinusitis, accompanied by the formation of a viscous secretion.

Mode of application Sinupret:

The drug is taken orally, after being diluted in a small amount of water.
Adults - 50 drops 3 times / day, schoolchildren - 25 drops 3 times / day, children aged 2 to 6 years - 15 drops 3 times / day. The course of treatment is 7-14 days.
If symptoms persist for more than 7-14 days or recur periodically, then you should consult your doctor.
The drug should be shaken before use.

Contraindications Sinupret:

alcoholism;
children under 2 years of age;
hypersensitivity to drug components.
Patients should not take the drug after successful anti-alcohol treatment.
With care: liver disease, epilepsy, diseases and brain injuries (use is possible only after consulting a doctor).

Side effects Sinupret:

Possibly: allergic reactions (skin rash, skin redness, itching, angioedema, shortness of breath), gastrointestinal disorders (pain in the epigastric region, nausea).

The preparation contains 16–19% ethanol (by volume).
The bottle should be kept upright during use.
During storage of drops, slight turbidity of the liquid or the formation of a slight precipitate is possible, which does not affect the effectiveness of the drug.

When used in recommended doses, the drug does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and work with mechanisms that require increased attention.

Drug interactions Sinupret:
