Instructions for Abisil (Siberian fir)
Abisil is a drug for external use with pronounced reparative, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, analgesic, anti-exudative properties. The breadth of the pharmacological activity of the drug is due to the presence in its composition of organic compounds of natural origin, isolated from the needles of Siberian fir.
The drug exhibits antibacterial properties against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, even against strains with antibiotic resistance.
The use of Abisil promotes the speedy healing of wounds and other damage to the integrity of soft tissues, intensifies epithelialization and increases microcirculation at the sites of damage.
Application of the drug to the affected skin is not characterized by its systemic absorption and local irritating effect.
The absence of toxicity, teratogenicity, mutagenicity, and carcinogenicity of Abisil has been experimentally established - therefore, it is allowed to use it in patients of different age groups, as well as during pregnancy and lactation.

Abisil Mode of application:
Abisil is a product for external use only.
It is recommended to apply the product to the damaged area of the skin or soft tissues 1-3 times a day in a thin layer after preliminary treatment with local antiseptics.
The duration of use of Abisil depends on the degree of epithelialization of the wound surface and is usually 5-10 days, unless the doctor has prescribed otherwise.
In case of purulent-inflammatory changes in maxillofacial localization, after surgical manipulations (removal of the contents of abscesses and phlegmon), it is recommended to insert a tampon into the resulting cavity once a day, soaked in Abisil's solution.
The duration of this manipulation varies from 5 to 7 days, depending on the clinical picture.
In case of purulent-inflammatory changes in the oral cavity, it is recommended to apply the agent to the injury site 2-3 times a day; it is also possible to use tampons soaked in solution.
Inflammatory processes of the hearing aid are treatable by introducing a tampon soaked in the product into the external auditory canal.
In case of purulent-inflammatory lesions of the mucous endothelium of the nasal passages and sinuses, it is recommended to instill 1-2 drops 3-4 times a day in each nasal passage.
Therapy of sinusitis with Abisil is the introduction of a tampon moistened with the drug into the maxillary sinus, but only after manipulation to remove its contents and antiseptic treatment by a qualified otolaryngologist.
In order to treat inflammation of the throat, it is recommended to apply the drug in a thin layer to the affected areas of the mucous membrane 2-3 times a day.
The duration of use of the Abisil solution may vary by the attending physician, depending on the severity of the inflammatory process and the response to the therapy.
