Active ingredient: dry cimicifugi extract containing the total of triterpene glycosides in terms of 27-deoxyactein 2.5% - 0.02 g
Core excipients: microcrystalline cellulose - 0.145 g, potato starch - 0.055 g, calcium stearate - 0.0019 g, colloidal silicon dioxide - 0.0011.
Shell excipients: hypromellose (E 464, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) - 0.0035 g, titanium dioxide (E 171) - 0.0015 g, polysorbate-80 (tween 80) - 0.0010 g, macrogol-400 (E 1521, polyethylene glycol 400) - 0.0007 g, iron dye red oxide - 0.0002 g, iron dye brown oxide (FERRONAT) - 0.0001 g.

Pharmacological properties Ci-Klim Evalar:
Herbal remedy. Cycloartan triterpenoids, incl. Shengmanol, Acetylshengmanol, have hypotensive and sedative effects, increase myocardial contractility without affecting heart rate. In combination with saponins and phytosterol, they exhibit hypolipidemic, antioxidant and angioprotective activity.
It has an estrogen-like effect by binding to estrogen receptors of hypothalamic neurons (acting on the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary system). This leads to a decrease in GnRH secretion and a subsequent decrease in LH secretion by the anterior pituitary gland. A decrease in the release of gonadotropins leads to the elimination of psychoemotional and vegetative-vascular disorders that occur in the premenopausal and climacteric periods and are caused by a sharp decrease in estrogen production with a simultaneous increase in the secretion of LH and FSH.
Increases diuresis, increases the secretion of the digestive glands, relaxes the smooth muscles of the intestines and urinary tract, has antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects.
