Description:
White, yellowish-white or grey-white tablets, round, flat, chamfered with "CLO" engraved on one side; with little or no smell.

clomiphene citrate 50 mg
Auxiliary substances: gelatin - 2 mg, magnesium stearate - 2 mg, stearic acid - 2 mg, talc - 5 mg, potato starch - 39 mg, lactose monohydrate - 100 mg.

Storage Conditions
The drug Clostilbegyt should be stored in a place inaccessible to children at a temperature of 15° to 25°C.

Pharmacological effect Clostilbegyt:
An antiestrogenic preparation of a nonsteroidal structure.
Testimony:
- anovulatory infertility (induction of ovulation);
- Amenorrhea (digonadotropic form);
- secondary amenorrhea;
- Post-contraceptive amenorrhea;
- Stein-Leventhal syndrome (ovarian polycystic syndrome);
- oligomenorrhea;
- galactorrhea (amid pituitary tumor);
- Kyari-Frommel syndrome (long-term postpartum amenorrhoea-galactoria syndrome);
- androgenic deficiency;
- men:
- oligospermia.
Method of use, course and dosage:
For infertility, the dose and duration of treatment depends on the sensitivity (reaction to the drug Clostilbegyt) of the ovaries.
Patients with regular menstrual cycle are advised to start treatment on the 5th day of the cycle (or on the 3rd day of the cycle with early ovulation or follicular phase duration less than 12 days). For amenorrhea, treatment can begin any day.
Application for kidney disorders
It is contraindicated in kidney failure.
Use in liver disorders
It is contraindicated in liver failure.
