Description Diabeton
The modified release pills are white, double-convex, oval with a serration and "DIA" "60" etched on both sides.

Method of use, course and dosage Diabeton
- Glyclazide is intended only for the treatment of adults.
- The recommended dose of the drug should be taken once a day, preferably during breakfast.
- The daily dose may be 30-120 mg (1/2-2 tabb.) per dose.
- It is recommended to swallow a tablet or half of the tablet whole, not chewing or chopping.
- If you miss one or more of the drug's shots, you cannot take a higher dose the next time you take it, you should take the next day.
- As with other hypoglycemic medicines, the dose of the drug in each case must be selected individually, depending on blood
- glucose concentration and HbA1c.
Pharmacological effect Diabeton
Glyclazide is a sulfonyl urea derivative, a hypoglycemic oral preparation that differs from similar drugs in that it has an N-containing heterocyclic ring with an endocyclic bond.
Glyclazide reduces blood glucose concentration by stimulating insulin secretion by β cells on the islets of Langerhans.
