licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 15 mg
medicinal rhizomes ginger (Zingiber officinale) 10 mg
medicinal fruit emblics (Emblica officinalis) 10 mg
levomenthol 7 mg
Excipients:
sucrose - 1618 mg,
liquid dextrose - 1037 mg,
glycerol - 1.5 mg,
methyl parahydroxybenzoate - 5 mg
propyl parahydroxybenzoate - 0.5 mg
raspberry flavor - 6.25 mg
azorubin dye - 0.1 mg.
Pharmaco-therapeutic group:
Expectorant of plant origin.
Pharmacological properties Doctor Mom:
Combined phytopreparation with expectorant and anti-inflammatory action. The effects of the drug are due to the properties of its constituent components.
Licorice extract naked has an expectorant, anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic effect.
The extract of medicinal ginger has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
The extract of drug emblica has anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects.
Menthol, which is part of the drug, has an antispasmodic and antiseptic effect.
Indications for use Doctor Mom:
- Symptomatic therapy of acute and chronic diseases of the upper respiratory tract
- accompanied by dry cough
- pharyngitis
- laryngitis (including professional "lecturer" laryngitis)
- tracheitis
- bronchitis
Mode of application Doctor Mom:
Adults are prescribed 1 lozenge every 2 hours. The lozenges should be slowly absorbed in the mouth.
The maximum daily dose is 10 lozenges. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.
Contraindications Doctor Mom:
children under 18 years of age (due to the lack of clinical data);
hypersensitivity to drug components.

Possibly: allergic reactions.

The drug contains sucrose and dextrose, which must be taken into account when prescribing it to patients with diabetes mellitus, as well as to persons on a low-calorie diet.
Drug interactions Doctor Mom:
It is not recommended to take it simultaneously with antitussive drugs, as well as drugs that reduce the formation of sputum, because this makes it difficult for the liquefied sputum to pass.
