The drug Estrocad should be stored in a place inaccessible to children, protected from light at a temperature not higher than 25 ° C.

Testimony Estrocad:
hormone replacement therapy (SGT) for the treatment of estrogen-deficient mucosa atrophy in the lower urinary tract;

Method of use, course and dosage:
The preparation should be used at 1 supp. / day (dose cannot be exceeded). The suppository is injected deep into the vagina in the evening before bed.
Atrophic mucous membrane of the lower urogenital tract is 0.5 mg/day (1 suppository) daily for the first 2-3 weeks, then gradually reduced the dose, based on the symptoms, to 0.5 mg/day (1 suppository) 2 times per week.
Pre- and post-operative therapy in postmenopausal women is 0.5 mg/day (1 suppository) for 2 weeks before and after surgery.
As a diagnostic agent, 0.5 mg/day (1 suppository) per day for a week before the next smear.
Overdose:
Overdose is unlikely.
Symptoms (if ingested at random): Nausea, vomiting, bleeding "withdrawal".
Treatment: symptomatic. There is no specific antidote.
Use in liver disorders
With caution, use the drug Estrocad for diseases of the gallbladder in anamnesis (especially cholelithiasis), severe liver failure, jaundice (including anamnesis during the previous pregnancy), hepatic porphyria.
The drug Estrocad is allowed to be used as a non-prescription drug Estrocad.

Pharmacological effect:
Estriol is an estrogen that is synthesized in humans. Entering the bloodstream, it forms a complex with specific receptors (in the uterus, vagina, urinary canal, mammary gland, liver, hypothalamus, pituitary gland), stimulates the synthesis of DNA and proteins.
Said preparation exhibits a selective action, mainly on the cervix, vagina and vulva, increases the proliferation of the vaginal and cervix epithelium, stimulates the blood supply thereof, promotes epithelium regeneration during the atrophic changes thereof during the premenopause and menopause periods, normalizes the pH of the vaginal medium and the vaginal microflora, increases the resistance of the epithelium thereof to infectious and inflammatory processes and affects the quality and quantity of cervical mucus. Endometrium exposure is low (low risk of uterine bleeding).
It has a hypolipidemic effect, slightly increases the concentration of beta-lipoproteins in the blood, increases insulin sensitivity, improves glucose utilization, stimulates liver production of globulins binding sex hormones, renin, HDL and clotting factors.
By participating in the realization of positive and negative feedback in the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian system estriol is capable of causing moderate central effects; stimulates parasympathomimetic responses.
