Description Gelangin Flex:
Local spray in the form of a clear, colourless or slightly coloured liquid with a characteristic menthol smell.

Auxiliary substances: propylene glycol - 100 mg, ethanol 95% (in terms of anhydrous) - 43.33 mg, polysorbate 20 - 10 mg, sodium calcium edetate anhydrous - 1 mg, levomentol - 0.7 mg, citric acid anhydrous - 0.64 mg, sodium saccharinate - 0.6 mg, eucalyptol - 0.2 mg, 1M solution of sodium hydroxide - up to pH 4.0-7.0, nitrogen - up to 5 bar, water d/i - up to 1 ml.
40 ml - aerosol cans with an inner coating (1), complete with a nozzle-sprayer or four nozzles-sprayers of different colors - packs of cardboard.

Pharmacological effect Gelangin Flex:
The antimicrobial effect of the preparation is connected with suppression of oxidative reactions of bacteria metabolism (thiamine antagonist). The preparation exhibits a wide spectrum of antibacterial and antifungal activity, in particular with respect to gram-positive bacteria and fungi of the genus Candida. Hexaethidine has a mild anesthetic effect on the mucosa.
The preparation has an antiviral effect against influenza A viruses, respiratory syncytial virus (RS virus), herpes simplex virus type 1, which infect the respiratory tract.
It is used as a symptomatic remedy.
