Indications for use Grippostad C:
Feverish syndrome against the background of colds. Pain syndrome of mild to moderate severity: arthralgia, myalgia, neuralgia, migraine, toothache and headache, algomenorrhea (painful menstruation).
Pharmacodynamics of the drug Grippostad C:
Combined cold medicine. The active ingredient paracetamol has analgesic and antipyretic effects.
Ascorbic acid is involved in the regulation of redox processes, carbohydrate metabolism, blood coagulation and tissue regeneration in the body, as well as in the synthesis of steroid hormones; increases the body's resistance to infections, reduces vascular permeability, reduces the need for vitamins B1, B2, A, E, folic acid, pantothenic acid.
Improves the tolerance of paracetamol and lengthens its action (slows down its elimination).
Contraindications of the drug:
Hypersensitivity (hypersensitivity to the drug's components), gastrointestinal bleeding, portal hypertension (increased blood pressure in the portal vein), glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, phenylketonuria, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, blood system diseases (anemia, thrombocytopenia, leukopenia ). Children under 12 years old and patients weighing less than 40 kg. With care: impaired liver and kidney function, Gilbert's syndrome, Dubin-Johnson and Rotor, viral hepatitis, alcoholism (alcoholic liver damage), old age, concomitant use of other paracetamol-containing drugs.

Allergic reactions (skin rash, itching, urticaria, angioedema), nausea, epigastric pain; anemia, thrombocytopenia, agranulocytosis.
With prolonged use in high doses - hepatotoxic effect, hemolytic anemia, aplastic anemia, methemoglobinemia, pancytopenia; nephrotoxicity (renal colic, glucosuria, interstitial nephritis, papillary necrosis).
Method of preparation or use Grippostad C:
Inside. A single dose for adults and children (weighing more than 50 kg) - 1 tablet or 10-15 mg / kg (in terms of paracetamol), the maximum daily dose is 4 tablets; children 6–12 years old - 1/2 tablet, maximum daily dose - 2 tablets. The course of treatment is no more than 10 days.
Before use, the tablet is dissolved in 100-200 ml of boiled water. In renal and / or hepatic insufficiency, the daily dose is reduced by decreasing the single dose and / or the frequency of administration.
Capsules: at the beginning of treatment, adults are prescribed 2 capsules in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening, washed down with a small amount of liquid. After reducing the severity of symptoms of the disease - 1 capsule 3 times a day.
The contents of one sachet should be poured into a glass, filled with the required amount of hot water or tea, mixed, and the resulting warm drink should be drunk immediately. If it is necessary to re-use the drug, it should be taken 3-4 times a day with intervals between doses of 4-8 hours. The highest daily dose for adults should not exceed 6 sachets.
