Pharmacodynamics KHILOPARIN-DRESSER:
When treating dry eye membranes, the main thing is to increase the volume, as well as the stability of the precorneal film of the tear fluid. It was revealed that the hyaluronate contained in the drops has a molecular weight, chemical properties and rheological characteristics that are similar to mucin, a component of human tears. The properties of hyaluronate allow it to moisturize the eye membrane, while not adversely affecting vision. Along with this, the ability of the substance to bind water makes it possible to keep the eye surface moist.
After local use, hyaluronate increases the stability of the precorneal film, has a positive effect on the epithelial layer, and in addition increases the moisture content of the cornea and the volume of the tear fluid, and reduces lacrimal evaporation from the ocular surface.
Pharmacokinetics KHILOPARIN-DRESSER:
Sodium hyaluronate is not absorbed when used topically. There is no information that this substance is able to pass through the cornea. Even with the direct instillation of the substance into the intraocular chamber, only extremely small indicators of hyaluronate were found inside the systemic bloodstream, which rather quickly went through the metabolism in the liver. As a result, one should not expect the development of general toxic manifestations when using drugs.
Use during pregnancy KHILOPARIN-DRESSER of drawers
No controlled tests have been conducted on the effects of the drug on lactating and pregnant women.
But at the same time, drops of Hilo-chest of drawers are allowed to be used during this period, since they do not have a systemic drug effect.
Contraindications KHILOPARIN-DRESSER:
A contraindication is intolerance to any of the constituent elements of the drug KHILOPARIN-DRESSER.
Side effects KHILOPARIN-DRESSER:
Since there are no preservatives in the drops, they are well tolerated even after prolonged use. Only occasionally there was information about the appearance of such side effects as manifestations of hypersensitivity, including burning, itching, redness and irritation, as well as puffiness on the eyelids or lacrimation. These violations immediately disappeared when the drug was discontinued.
Method KHILOPARIN-DRESSER:
The medicine is often instilled in the amount of 1 drop in each eye 3 times a day. If necessary, it is allowed to increase the frequency of procedures. But at the same time, a significant increase in frequency (for example, more than 10 times a day) is possible only with the appointment of an ophthalmologist and only under his supervision. The duration of the course is assigned individually, taking into account the indications.

Interaction with other drugs KHILOPARIN-DRESSER:
Do not combine the medicine with other ophthalmic agents. If such a combination is necessary, it is required to instill the medications at intervals of at least half an hour. It should be borne in mind that ophthalmic ointments are always applied last.
Since after local ophthalmic use, the drug KHILOPARIN-DRESSER immediately enters the target organ and has, of primary importance, a physical effect (moisturizes the eye surface), without having a systemic effect, any pharmacological drug interactions, in addition to physical combination with other eye drops, should not be expected.
