Pharmaceuticals:
An adaptogen drug, a chemical analog of biogenic amine melatonin. It is synthesized from amino acids of plant origin.
It is a synthetic analog of epiphysis hormone. Normalizes circadian rhythms. Regulates sleep-waking cycle, daily changes in motor activity and body temperature. Contributes to the normalization of night sleep: Speeds sleep, improves sleep quality, reduces the number of night awakens, improves wellbeing after morning awakening, doesn't cause a feeling of sluggishness, breakdown and fatigue when awakening, dreams become brighter and emotionally saturated.
Adapts the body to fast time zone changes, reduces stress reactions. It exhibits immunostimulative and expressed antioxidant properties.
It inhibits the secretion of gonadotropines and, to a lesser extent, other hormones of adenogipophysis (corticotropin, tireotropin and somatotropin). Does not cause addiction and dependence.

Method of application, course and dosage:
Adults are assigned in 1/2-1 tab. 1 time/day for 30-40 minutes before going to bed.
When used as an adaptogen when changing time zones 1 day before flight and in the following 2-5 days - 1 tab for 30-40 minutes before sleep. Maximum daily dose - up to 2 tab/day.
Overdose:
Symptoms: The increase of the side effects.
Treatment: stomach washing, symptomatic therapy.
Drug Interaction:
At the same time, the use of melatonin amplifies the effect of drugs with oppressive effects on the CNS and beta-adrenoblocators.
It is not recommended to take together with hormone medicines.
Incompatible with MAO inhibitors, GKS and cyclosporin.
Use in pregnancy and breastfeeding
The drug is contraindicated to use during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding).
