Pharmacological effect No-Spa:

Powerful spasmolytic, a derivative of isoquinoline.
Inhibits the enzyme PDE4, increases the concentration of cAMP, relaxes smooth muscle.
It is effective in spasms of smooth muscle of neurogenic and muscular origin (gastrointestinal tract, biliary tract, genitourinary system).
Improves blood supply to tissues due to vasodilator action.

Storage conditions No-Spa:

Keep away from children.
Shelf life:
Tablets in blisters: three years.
Pills in vials: five years.
Do not apply after expiry date.

Indications for use No-Spa

  • Diseases of the biliary tract:
  • Spasms of smooth muscle: cholecystolithiasis, cholangiolithiasis, cholecystitis, pericholecystitis, cholangitis, papillitis.
  • Urinary tract disorders:
  • Spasms of smooth muscle: nephrolithiasis, urethrolithiasis, pyelitis, cystitis, bladder spasms.
  • Assisted therapy:
  • GI cramps: peptic ulcer disease, gastritis, cardiac and pyloric cramps, enteritis, colitis (including spastic colitis with constipation), irritable bowel syndrome with flatulence.
  • Tension headaches.
  • Dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain).
