Pharmacological effect Perkhotal
Antifungal agent. It has fungicidal and fungistatic effects. The mechanism of action consists in inhibiting ergosterol synthesis and changing the lipid composition of the membrane. It is active against Malassezia furfur, Trichophyton, Epidermophyton floccosum, Microsporum, Candida and Cryptococcus.
It is also active in Gram-positive cocci: Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp.

- dermatomycosis of smooth skin;
- inguinal epidermofitia; epidermofitia of hands and feet,
- candidiasis of skin.
