The tablets, covered with a film shell of pink color, are round, double-convex.

Pharmacological effect Phlebodia 600

Venotonising action: reduces the stretching of veins, increases the tonus of veins, reduces the venous stasis, enhances the vasoconstricting effect of adrenaline, noradrenaline. One tablet contains 600 mg of diosmin, which is the optimal daily dose for the venotonizing effect.
Angioprotective action: improves microcirculation; increases capillary resistance; reduces permeability.
Lymphatic system action: improves lymphatic drainage, increases the tonus and reduction frequency of lymphatic capillaries, increases their functional density, reduces lymphatic pressure.
It has an anti-edema effect. Reduces symptoms of inflammation (dose-dependent effect).
Reduces the adhesion of leukocytes to the venous wall and their migration to the paravasal tissues; improves oxygen diffusion and perfusion in the tissues. It blocks the production of free radicals, the synthesis of prostaglandins and thromboxane.

A reduction in the mean venous pressure in the system of superficial and deep veins of the lower extremities, demonstrated in a double-blind placebo-controlled study conducted under the supervision of dopplerography, has been confirmed; as well as an increase in systolic and diastolic AD in patients with postoperative orthostatic hypotension.

Method of use, course and dosage Phlebodia 600

The drug is intended for ingestion.
For chronic lymphovenous insufficiency, one tablet per day is prescribed in the morning, preferably before meals. The duration of therapy is usually two months.
In case of acute hemorrhoids and exacerbation of chronic hemorrhoids, the drug is prescribed in the first four days one tab. three times a day, during a meal; in the next three days - one tab. twice a day, during a meal. In case of repeated symptoms, the course of treatment can be repeated on the recommendation of the doctor.
