Description Pinosol:
Nasal spray in the form of transparent colorless or with a slightly yellowish tint of oily liquid with a specific smell.
1 mountain pine oil 35g
peppermint 10g
eucalyptus oil 5g
α-tocopherol acetate 15g
timol 300 mg
Auxiliary substances: triglycerides medium-chain - up to 1 l.

Storage Conditions
The drug should be stored in a place inaccessible to children, protected from light, at a temperature of 15° to 25°C.
Best before date
The shelf life is two years.
Testimony Pinosol:
- acute and chronic rhinitis of non-allergic etiology;
- rhinopharyngitis;
- infection-inflammatory diseases of the nose mucosa and nasopharynx.
Method of use, course and dosage:
The preparation is injected one dose into each nasal passage three to six times a day, depending on the severity of the inflammatory process. For this purpose, the safety cap of the dispensing pump is removed, the preparation is injected with a slight press of fingers and the dispensing pump is covered with the safety cap.
Before using the product, after removing the protective cap of the dispensing pump, you should lightly press your fingers to make two test injections (not into the nose!).
The course of treatment is ten days. An extension of the duration of treatment and a follow-up is possible on the recommendation of the doctor.
Pharmacological effect:
Anticongestive agent of vegetable origin. It has an anti-inflammatory, anti-edema effect, reduces the viscosity of the secretion of the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract. It exhibits antibacterial activity against certain strains of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria (Streptococcus pyogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Micrococcus luteus, Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli), as well as antifungal effect against yeast and mold fungi (Candida ablicans, Aspergillus niger).
Use in children
The drug Pinosol is prescribed to children older than 3 years.
