Return of goods is not provided.
If you have entered the mailing address incorrectly or the parcel has not passed customs, we will not be able to return the money to you.
If you refused to receive the parcel, we will also not be able to refund your money.

If the package is lost in transit:

Usually our packages reach the buyer on time. 
If all the same your parcel is lost in transit, we make a request to search for your parcel.
If Russian Post gives the status of your parcel “lost”, we will refund your money.
Refunds with the status of the parcel “lost” is done no earlier than 3 months after sending.
