Pharmacological effect Rinza
The combined preparation, which consists of three active ingredients, is an effective remedy for fighting cold symptoms. Paracetamol, one of the key ingredients, has a strong analgesic and antipyretic effect. It can relieve sore throat, headache, muscle and joint pain, and reduce fever.
Phenylephrine is an alpha1-agonist that narrows blood vessels. This effect reduces swelling and redness of the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract and sinuses.
Chlorfenamine, a third component, is a histamine H1 receptor blocker. It has an anti-allergic effect, reducing the swelling and redness of the mucous membranes of the nasal cavity, nasopharynx and accessory sinuses. In addition, chlorfenamine can eliminate itching in the eyes and nose and reduce exudative manifestations.
An important component of this drug is caffeine, which stimulates the central nervous system. This reduces fatigue and sleepiness and increases mental and physical performance.

Method of use, course and dosage Rinza
Adults and adolescents over age 15 are advised to take 1 tablet 3 to 4 times a day. The maximum number of tablets per day should not exceed 4. The course of treatment should not exceed 5 days.
