Description Strepsils express:
Antiseptic.
Composition:
Active ingredients: 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol, amylmetacresol, lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate.
Indications for use Strepsils express:
Symptomatic treatment of severe sore throat in infectious and inflammatory diseases.
Pharmacodynamics Strepsils express:
The drug has an antiseptic effect, is active against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, has an antimycotic effect. It also has a local anesthetic and anti-edema effect.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to drug components;
a history of allergy to local anesthetics;
a history or tendency to methemoglobinemia;
asthma or bronchospasm;
children under 12 years of age;
deficiency of sucrase / isomaltase, fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption.
Side effects Strepsils express:
Immune system disorders
Frequency unknown: hypersensitivity reactions (including angioedema, urticaria, hypotension with fainting).
Disorders from the gastrointestinal tract
Frequency not known: nausea, burning or tingling sensation, swelling in the mouth.
Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders
Frequency unknown: rash.

Method of preparation or use Strepsils express:
Read the instructions carefully before taking the drug.
Locally. Adults and children over 12 years of age: Dissolve slowly, one tablet every 2 hours.
Do not exceed 8 tablets in a 24 hour period. Do not exceed the indicated dose.
The duration of the course of treatment is no more than 3 days. If symptoms persist after taking the drug for 3 days, you must stop treatment and consult a doctor.
