The drug should be stored in a place inaccessible to children, protected from light at a temperature not higher than 25 ° C.

Pharmacological effect Thymalin
It restores impaired immunological reactivity (regulates the quantity and ratio of T- and B-lymphocytes and their subpopulations, stimulates cellular immunity reactions, enhances phagocytosis), stimulates regeneration and hematopoietic processes in case of their suppression, and also improves the flow of cellular metabolism processes.
Testimony Thymalin
- Immunodeficiency in adults and children between 6 months and 14 years of age with:
- infectious pus and septic processes;
- persistent dysfunctions of the thymus (radiation sickness,
- thymus tumors,
- operative removal of thymus);
- acute and chronic viral and bacterial infections;
- disruption of regenerative processes;
- Immune and hematopoietic depression after chemotherapy or radiation therapy in patients with cancer.
Method of use, course and dosage Thymalin
The contents of the bottle are dissolved in one to two ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution prior to injection.
The preparation is administered in/m daily in the following doses: to adults of five - twenty mg (30 - 100 mg per course), to children under the age of one - one mg; to children aged one - three years - 1.5 - 2 mg; to children aged 4 - 6 years - two - three mg; to children aged 7 - 14 years - 3 - 5 mg for 3 - 10 days depending on the severity of the immunity disorders.
If necessary, the course is repeated (after one to six months).
For prophylactic purposes, the preparation is used in/m daily, for adults 5-10 mg each, and for children - one - five mg for three - five days.
Use in children
The drug is prescribed to children from the age of 6 months.
