Pharmacological effect:
Combination drug Vasobral. α-dihydroergocriptin is a dihydrated derivative of the sporine, inhibiting α1 and α2 adrenergic receptors. It has dopaminergic, serotoninergic action, reduces aggregation of platelets and erythrocytes, reduces vascular wall permeability, increases the number of functioning capillaries, improves blood circulation and metabolic processes in the brain, increases resistance of brain tissues to hypoxia.
Caffeine has a psychostimulating and analeptic effect, enhances excitation processes in the cerebral cortex - increases mental and physical performance, reduces fatigue and drowsiness, increases reflexive excitability of the spinal cord, excites the respiratory and vascular centers, has diuretic effect.
