Pharmacological effect:

Magaldrat
Magaldrate (aluminum magnesium hydroxide sulfate) neutralizes free hydrochloric acid in the stomach without causing secondary gastric juice hypersecretion. It has an adsorbing and enveloping effect, which reduces the effect of damaging factors on the mucosa of the stomach, binds bile acids.
Cimetikon
Simethicone alters the surface tension of gas bubbles formed in the contents of the stomach and mucus of the intestines and causes their destruction. The gases released can be absorbed by the cells of the intestinal wall, or eliminated by peristalsis. Simethicone removes the foam purely physically, does not engage in chemical reactions, pharmacologically inert.
