Composition Artro-Active
Water, hydrolyzed collagen, acidity regulator citric acid, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), pineapple and mango flavors, sorbic acid preservative, untreated type II collagen, potassium acetsulfate sweetener, sucralose sweetener, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), manganese (manganese sulfate), selenium (sodium selenite). It contains a source of phenylalanine.

Hydrolyzed collagen is a product produced by the hydrolysis of collagen, that is, the decomposition of a large collagen molecule into smaller fragments for more effective absorption in the human body. It is able to regulate cartilage metabolism by maintaining and additionally synthesizing collagen in joints.
Thus, hydrolyzed collagen potentially promotes increased collagen synthesis in humans.
Type 2 collagen is the major structural component of the intercellular matrix of the cartilage. Exercise is increased and, with aging, the amount of type 2 collagen in the cartilage degrades and decreases.
Consequently, type 2 collagen reduces the destruction of cartilage matrix in the joint (based on experimental data).
