Pharmacological effect Artroker:
Diacerein inhibits the synthesis and activity of interleukin-1 (IL-1), which plays an important role in the development of inflammation, degradation and subsequent destruction of cartilage in osteoarthrosis. Diacerein also slows down the formation of metalloproteinases (collagenase) that are involved in the process of damaging cartilage. In long-term use, diacerein stimulates proteoglycan synthesis and does not affect prostaglandin synthesis

Method of use, course and dosage:
Standard intake of one capsule twice a day (morning and evening) after meals. The capsules should be swallowed whole without chewing, and washed with water.
