Instructions for Asparkam (Potassium and magnesium asparaginate)
description:
Potassium and magnesium drug.
composition:
1 tablet contains:
magnesium asparaginat 175 mg;
potassium asparaginat 175 mg.
Indications for use:
Aspartame is used in complex therapy for heart failure, coronary heart disease, hypokalemia, heart rhythm disorders (including myocardial infarction, overdose of heart glycosides).
pharmacokinetics:
It is easily absorbed when ingested and relatively quickly excreted in the urine.
pharmacodynamics:
Aspartame is a source of potassium and magnesium ions, regulates metabolic processes. The mechanism of action is supposedly associated with the role of asparagine as a carrier of magnesium and potassium ions in the intracellular space and the participation of asparagine in metabolic processes. Thus, Aspartame eliminates the imbalance of electrolytes, reduces the excitability and conductivity of myocardial (moderate antiarrhythmic effect).
contraindications:
Increased sensitivity to the drug, disruption of the exchange of amino acids, arterial hypotension, acute and chronic renal failure, hyperkalemia, hypermagnia, a violation of atrioventricular conduction (atrioventricular blockage I-III degree), severe myasthenia, hemolysis, adrenal cortex deficiency, age up to 18 years (efficiency and safety are not established).
Side-effects:
Possible nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, discomfort or burning in the epigastric area (in patients with anacid gastritis or cholecystitis), hyperkalemia (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, paraesthesia), hypermagnia (redness of the face, feeling of thirst, reduced blood pressure, hyporeflexy, muscle weakness, paresis,
How to prepare or use:
Aspartame is taken inside after eating 1-2 tablets 3 times a day. The course of treatment is 3-4 weeks. If necessary, the course is repeated.
storage conditions:
Store in a dry, light-protected place at a temperature not higher than 25C.
