Description Celecoxib

Solid opaque gelatine capsules № 1 in white. The contents of the capsules are a mixture of powder and granules in white or almost white.

Composition
One 200 mg capsule contains:
Active substance: celecoxib — 200 mg.
Auxiliary substances: lactose monohydrate, sodium lauryl sulfate, povidone K 30, sodium croscarmellose, magnesium stearate.
Capsule composition № 1: gelatin, titanium dioxide [E 171].

Pharmacological effect

Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAIDs)
Celecoxib has an anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effect, inhibiting the formation of inflammatory prostaglandins (Rg) mainly due to inhibition of cyclooxygenase-2 (TCE-2)z

Testimony Celecoxib

• Immunotherapy for osteoarthrosis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis,
• pain syndrome (back pain, musculoskeletal, postoperative and other types of pain),
• Treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.

Method of use and doses

Inside without chewing, flush with water, regardless of the intake of food.
