Special conditions:
While taking the drug, multivitamin complexes containing B vitamins are not recommended.
Drug interaction
Levodopa reduces the effect of therapeutic doses of vitamin B6.
Vitamin B12 is not compatible with heavy metal salts.
Ethanol dramatically reduces the absorption of thiamine.

Pharmacodynamics:
Combined multivitamin complex. The effect of the drug is determined by the properties of vitamins that make up its composition.
Benfotiamine - a fat-soluble form of thiamine (vitamin B1), is involved in the conduct of a nerve impulse.
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) is involved in the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats, it is necessary for normal blood formation, the functioning of the central nervous system and peripheral nervous system. It provides synaptic transmission, inhibition processes in the central nervous system, is involved in the transport of sphingosine, which is part of the nerve sheath, and is involved in the synthesis of catecholamines.
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) is involved in the synthesis of nucleotides, is an important factor in the normal growth, hematopoiesis and development of epithelial cells; essential for folic acid metabolism and myelin synthesis.

Indications:
It is used in the complex treatment of the following neurological diseases:
- trigeminal neuralgia;
- neuritis of the facial nerve;

- polyneuropathy of various etiologies (diabetic, alcoholic

Contraindications:
- severe and acute forms of decompensated heart failure;
- childhood;
- Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Overdose:
increased symptoms of side effects of the drug.

Side effects:
Allergic reactions: pruritus, urticaria.
Other: in some cases - increased sweating, nausea, tachycardia.

Ways of application:
The drug should be taken after meals, without chewing and drinking with a small amount of liquid.
