Description Daivobet
The ointment for external use is uniform, from almost white to pale yellow.

betamethasone dipropionate 643μg,
&emsp,betamethasone equivalent 500μg
calcipotriol monohydrate 52 ug,
&emsp,equivalent to calcipotriol 50μg
Auxiliary substances: paraffin liquid (contains about 10 ppm alpha-tocopherol) - 30 mg, polypropylene glycol stearate (contains about 0.1% butyl hydroxytoluene) 50.0 mg, alpha-tocopherol 0.02 mg, paraffin white soft (contains about 10 ppm alpha-tocopherol) up to 1.0 g.
15 g - aluminium tubes (1) - cardboard packs.

60 g - aluminium tubes (1) - cardboard packs.

Indications for use Daivobet
Chronic vulgar plaque psoriasis.
Psoriasis of the scalp, psoriasis of light and moderate severity of other parts of the body.

Combined medicinal agent for external use.
Calcipotriol is a synthetic analogue of the active metabolite of vitamin D. It causes inhibition of keratinocyte proliferation and accelerates their morphological differentiation.
Betamethasone - GKS for outdoor use, has local anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, vasoconstrictor and immunosuppressive effects, however, the exact mechanisms of anti-inflammatory action of topical steroids are not completely clear.

Method of use and doses Daivobet
Outside. Adults are applied to the affected skin areas once a day.
The maximum daily dose is not more than 15 g, the maximum weekly dose is 100 g.
The conformity of indications and the dosage form used should be strictly observed.
