Pharmacological effect Dexketoprofen:
Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug Dexalgin (NSAIDs). It has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects. The mechanism of action is associated with inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis at COX-1 and COX-2 levels.
The analgesic effect occurs thirty minutes after parenteral administration. The duration of the analgesic effect after administration in a dose of fifty mg is four to eight hours
In combination therapy with opioid analgesics of dexamoprofen, tromethamol significantly (up to 30-45%) reduces the need for opioids.
