Composition:
1 tablet contains:
active substance: dexamoprofen trometamol 36.9 mg, in terms of dexamoprofen twenty five mg
auxiliary substances: cellulose microcrystalline, cornstarch, sodium carboxymethyl starch (sodium starch glycolate), silicon dioxide colloidal anhydrous (aerosyl), magnesium stearate;
auxiliary substances for the shell: hypromellose (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), macrogol 6000 (polyethylene glycol 6000), titanium dioxide.
Pharmacological effect:
Dexamoprofen tromethamol, active ingredient in Dexonal®, is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug Dexketoprofen (NSAID) that has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects. The mechanism of action of dexamoprofen is based on inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis at the level of cyclooxygenases (COX-1 and COX-2).
The analgesic effect takes thirty minutes after ingestion of Dexonal®, the duration of therapeutic action reaches four to six hours

Musculoskeletal pain (mild to moderate), algodismenorrhea, toothache.
The drug Dexketoprofen is intended for symptomatic treatment, reducing pain and inflammation at the time of application.
Method of use and doses:
The drug Dexonal® is taken orally during meals. Eating at the same time slows down the absorption of dexamoprofen, so in case of acute pain, it is recommended to use the drug Dexketoprofen at least thirty minutes before eating.
Depending on the severity of the pain syndrome, the recommended dose for adults is 12.5 mg of dexamoprofen (1/2 of a Dexonal® tablet) every 4-6 h or 25 mg of dexamoprofen (1 Dexonal® tablet) every eight h.
The maximum daily dose is seventy-five mg.
The drug Dexketoprofen is not intended for long-term therapy, the course of treatment with the drug should not exceed three - five days.
Elderly patients should take the drug Dexketoprofen at the minimum recommended dose. The maximum daily dose is 50 mg. For good tolerability, doses recommended for the general population may be used.
Storage Conditions:
At temperatures not exceeding 25 °C.
Store in a place not accessible to children.
