Pharmacological effect
NSAIDs, a derivative of phenylacetic acid. It has strong anti-inflammatory, analgesic and moderately antipyretic effects. The mechanism of action is related to inhibition of the activity of COX, a key enzyme of arachidonic acid metabolism that is a precursor to prostaglandins.

Indications Diclofenac
Inflammatory and degenerative diseases of musculoskeletal system, including rheumatoid, juvenile, chronic arthritis; ankylosing spondylitis and other spondyloarthropathies; osteoarthritis; gouty arthritis; bursitis, tenosynovitis; vertebral pain syndrome (lumbago, sciatica, ossalgia, neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, radiculitis); post-traumatic postoperative pain syndrome accompanied by inflammation (eg, in dentistry and orthopedics); algodysmenorrhea; Pelvic inflammatory processes (including adnexitis); inflammatory diseases of ENT organs with severe pain syndrome (as part of complex therapy): pharyngitis, tonsillitis, otitis.
Isolated fever is not an indication for drug use Diclofenac
The drug is intended for symptomatic therapy, reducing pain and inflammation at the time of use, does not affect the progression of the disease.
