Description Ursodeoxycholic acid:
Hard gelatin capsules No0. The body of white color is opaque, the lid of light gray color is opaque. The contents of the capsules are a mixture of powder and granules of white or almost white color. It is allowed to compact the contents of the capsules into lumps that are easily destroyed by pressure.
Composition
Active ingredient: ursodeoxycholic acid - 250.00 mg.
Excipients:
corn starch - 73.00 mg,
silicon dioxide colloidal - 5.00 mg,
magnesium stearate - 2.00 mg.

titanium dioxide - 2.0000%,
gelatin - up to 100%.

titanium dioxide - 2.0000%,
gelatin - up to 100%.
Use in renal dysfunction
Contraindicated in severe renal dysfunction.
Use in case of impaired liver function
Contraindicated in cirrhosis of the liver in the stage of vascular and parenchymal decompensation and / or pronounced activity.

Pharmacodynamics Ursodeoxycholic acid:
Hepatoprotective agent, has a choleretic effect. Reduces the synthesis of cholesterol in the liver, its absorption in the intestine and concentration in bile, increases the solubility of cholesterol in the biliary system, stimulates the formation and excretion of bile.

- Dissolution of small and medium cholesterol stones with a functioning gallbladder;
- prevention of recurrence of stone formation after cholecystectomy;
- biliary reflux gastritis and reflux esophagitis;
