Description Essentiale N:
Solution for in/in injection transparent, yellow.
1 amp (5 ml)
phosphatidylcholine from soybeans of dried substance containing 93% (3-sn-phosphatidyl)choline (synonyms - essential phospholipids, EPL®) 250 mg
Auxiliary substances: deoxycholic acid - 126.5 mg, sodium hydroxide - 13.4 mg, benzyl alcohol - 45 mg, sodium chloride - 12 mg, riboflavin - 0.5 mg, water d/i - up to 5 ml.
5 ml - dark glass ampoules with a strain (5) - contoured packages (1) - cardboard packs.

Storage Conditions
The drug should be stored in a place inaccessible to children at a temperature of two °C to eight °C.
Best before date
The shelf life is three years.
Testimony Essentiale N:
- fatty liver degeneration (including diabetes mellitus);
- acute hepatitis;
- chronic hepatitis;
- cirrhosis;
- necrosis of liver cells;
- liver coma and precoma;
- toxic liver damage;
- pregnancy toxicosis;
- Pre- and post-operative treatment, especially in hepatobiliary zone operations;
- psoriasis;
- radiation syndrome.
Method of use, course and dosage Essentiale N:
The drug is intended for in/in administration, it should not be injected in/out due to possible local irritation reactions.
In the absence of other recommendations from the doctor, the drug should be introduced slowly into one - two ampoules (5-10 ml) or in severe cases two - four ampoules (10-20 ml) / day.
The contents of the two ampoules can be entered simultaneously. Do not mix in one syringe with other drugs. It is recommended to dilute the solution with the patient's blood in a ratio of 1:1.
If the drug needs to be diluted, only a 5% or 10% solution of dextrose is used for infusion, the diluted solution must remain transparent for the duration of the administration.
You cannot dilute the drug with electrolyte solutions (isotonic solution, Ringer solution).
It is recommended to supplement the parenteral administration with oral administration of the drug as soon as possible.

Essential phospholipids are the basic elements of cell envelope structure and cellular organelles. Liver disease always causes damage to liver cell casings and their organelles, which leads to impaired activity of related enzymes and receptor systems, impaired functional activity of liver cells and reduced regeneration capacity.
