Nasal spray dosed in the form of transparent, colorless or light yellow liquid, without visible mechanical inclusions.

Storage Conditions
Store and transport in a dry place protected from light at a temperature between two and 8°C. Store in a place not accessible to children.

The shelf life is two years.

prevention and treatment of influenza and ARVI in adults and children over 14 years of age.
Method of use, course and dosage
The preparation is used intranasally by aerosol administration of 1 dose (1 dose = 1 short pressing on the doser).
At the first sign of Genferon Light disease, intranasally administered for 5 days, one dose (one push of the doser) is administered to each nasal passage 3 times a day (one dose is approximately 50,000 ME of interferon alpha, daily dose must not exceed 500,000 ME).
When in contact with an ARVI patient and/or during supercooling, the preparation is administered according to the above-mentioned procedure 2 times a day for 5-7 days. If necessary, preventive courses are repeated.
Instructions for use of the spray:
1. Remove the protective cap.
2. Before using for the first time, press the doser a few times until the thin stream appears.
3. Keep the bottle upright when using it.
4. Inject the preparation once by pressing the doser into each nasal passage alternately.
5. After use, close the doser with a protective cap.
Individual use is recommended to avoid the spread of infection.
Use in children
It is contraindicated for children under 14 years of age.

Pharmacological effect
The preparation Genferon Light includes recombinant human interferon alpha-2b, produced by a bacterium strain Escherichia coli, in which the gene of human interferon alpha-2b is introduced by genetic engineering methods.
