Pharmaceuticals:

Combination phytopreparation, whose effect is determined by the properties of its component components.
Thythian oil has a resistant effect by diluting the sputum, reducing its viscosity and accelerating the evacuation from bronches, as well as antimicrobial and broncholitis effects
Anisoic oil has a pressurizing effect due to the increased activity of the resnitous epithelium of bronchi, as well as spasma and antimicrobial action.
Chinese lemon oil provides antimicrobial and fungal (fungistatic) action, improves the motor of the intestine and stimulates the secretion of gastric juice.
Nut oil has an antimicrobial, antifungal and anti-viral effect, as well as spasma. Local application has local irritating and analgesic effects.
Lemon oil increases the functional activity of the stomach.
Lavandovna oil is produced from lavender-leaf and lavender-wide. It has a sedative, carminative and bile-regon effect.
Shalfeya oil has an antimicrobial, antiviral, antifungal effect. Reduces sweating.
Muscat oil stimulates the functions of the LCD, has a bile-gone effect.
Citronella oil (Indian mint) has sedative, antimicrobial and irritating effects.
Mentol has carminative, bile-gelf, spasmological effect. When used locally, it has local irritating and analgesic effects, reduces skin itching.

Method of application, course and dosage:

For the treatment and prevention of inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract, adults are given in 10-20 drops separated in a glass of water or 3-5 drops per piece of sugar up to 5 times/day.
For inhalations 20-25 drops are added to 1 liter of hot water, stirred and breathed by the steam under the towel.
When coughing, the drug Karmolis is applied to the skin of the chest and the inter-blade area and is well rubbed, after which the specified areas are covered with a warm cloth.
For arthalgia, myalgia, lumbago, ishias the drug Karmolis is applied to the affected area. In order to enhance the healing effect, the painful area should be kept warm (covered with warm cloth or bandage).
In the case of dyspepsy and as a sedative, the drug is administered in 3-4 times/day for 10-20 drops on a piece of sugar or diluted in a glass of water.
Insect bites, skin itching lubricates (not rubbing) the damaged skin several times a day with a drug Karmolis.

Overdose:

Currently, no cases of overdose of the drug Karmolis have been reported.

Special Instructions

It should be noted that the drug contains 64% ethanol. The recommended average dose is 540 mg of ethanol. Ethanol content should also be taken into account when the use of other drugs is concurrent.
When using locally, avoid getting the drug into the eyes.
