Pharmacological effect Larypront
Lysozyme is a natural enzyme known as mucopolysaccharidase. It forms a complex with viruses, preventing them from entering the cells and exhibiting antiviral action. Lysozyme also has antimicrobial properties that are seen in the breakdown of cell walls of gram-positive and some gram-negative bacteria. Lysozyme also blocks histamine, inactivates heparin, and cleaves mucopolysaccharides, giving it an anti-inflammatory, hemostatic, and mucolytic effect.
Dekvalinium chloride is an antiseptic that is effective against gram-positive and gram-negative organisms as well as fungi. The ability of chloride devalinium to reduce surface tension allows the active substances to penetrate deeper layers of the mucous membrane.
Indications Larypront
Against the background of a vital natural process, infectious and inflammatory diseases of the iris of the mouth and all related structures, such as the pharynx and larynx, are in the first place. They include gingivitis, periodontitis, stomatitis (including candidiasis and thrush), pharyngitis, laryngitis, and sore throat. In addition, this group of diseases is associated with the prevention of SARS, as well as causing a sore throat and vocal overload. Importantly, they require special attention before and after oral and pharyngeal surgery, such as dental surgery, operations on the jaws, maxillary sinuses, and tonsils.
