Pharmacodynamics:
Antiseptic for topical use in ENT practice and dentistry. Lysozyme is an enzyme of protein nature (mucolytic enzyme mucopeptide-N-acetylmuramyl hydrolase) and is used as an antiseptic (causes lysis of the cell membrane of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and fungi), also has antiviral activity.
