active substance Nifuratel, a derivative of nitrofuran. It is highly active against a number of bacteria, fungi and protozoa (including Trichomonas vaginalis).
Nystatin is an antifungal antibiotic of the group of polyenes. By binding to sterols in the cell membrane of fungi, it disrupts its permeability, leading to cell death. It is highly active in the genus Candida albicans.
The combination of the active substance nifuratel and nystatin makes it possible to achieve a more pronounced antifungal action and to significantly extend the spectrum of antimicrobial action.
The high effectiveness and low toxicity of the components of the preparation make it possible to use the preparation in a wide range of clinical applications in the treatment of mixed-etiology vaginitis, in particular for the prophylaxis of mycosis caused by the specific treatment of trichomoniasis.
The McMiroir complex does not disturb the physiological flora, which allows to avoid the development of dysbacteriosis and quickly restore the norm of the vagina.
