Description Macmiror:
The tablets are covered with a shell of white color, round, double-convex.

- Infectious inflammatory diseases caused by microorganisms sensitive to nifural:
- vulvovaginal infections;
- urinary tract infections;
- intestinal amoebiasis;
- lambliose;
- chronic inflammatory upper gastrointestinal diseases associated with Helicobacter pylori.
Method of application, course and dosage:
For ingestion, a single dose for adults is 200-400 mg, for children 10-30 mg/kg. The frequency and duration of treatment depends on the indications.
Side Effect Macmiror:
On the digestive side: Nausea, vomiting, bitterness in the mouth, diarrhea, heartburn, gastralgia.
Allergic reactions: skin rash, itching.
Contraindications to application
Increased sensitivity to nifural.
Special Instructions Macmiror:
In the case of vaginal infections, local therapy is carried out simultaneously with the infusion of the nifuratel.
Sexual contact should be avoided during treatment.

Pharmacological effect Macmiror:
Antimicrobial preparation derived from nitrofuran. It has anti-disease, antibacterial and antifungal effects. It has low toxicity.
Highly active for gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms (at MPC 12.5-25 ug/ml suppresses from 44.3 to 93.2% of crops).
Active in Enterococcus faecalis, Enterococcus faecium, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, Shigella flexneri, Shigella sonnei, Salmonella typhi, Salmonella typhimurium, Salmonella enterica, Klebsiella spp, Enterobacter spp, Serratia spp, Citrobacter spp, Morganella spp, Rettgerella spp., Pragia fontium, typical enterobacteriaceae, as well as protozoa (including intestinal amoebiasis and lambliasis pathogens), fungi genus is less active in Proteus mirabilis, Proteus vulgaris, Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Suppresses Lactobacillus acidophilus activity.
It is a drug Macmiror of choice for the treatment of salmonellosis, shigellosis and other intestinal bacterial infections.
It is particularly effective against metronidazole-resistant strains of Helicobacter pylori.
