Pharmacological effect Maltofer
Iron preparation. In iron (III), the polymaltozate hydroxide, the multi-core iron hydroxide (III), is externally surrounded by a plurality of covalently bound polymaltozate molecules, providing a total average molecular mass of approximately 50 kDa. The structure of the active substance of the preparation Maltopher is similar to the structure of the ferritin protein nucleus, the physiological depot of iron.
