Composition:
Ingredients per 1 ml:
Active substance:
Naphtiphine hydrochloride — 10 mg.
Auxiliary substances:
Propylene glycol - 50 mg, ethanol (95% ethyl alcohol) - 400 mg, water purified - up to 1 ml.
Description of the drug form:
A transparent, colourless or slightly yellow solution with the smell of ethanol.

- Variegated (bran) dashes;
- tinea manum (tinea pedum);
- Fungal nail infections (onychomycosis)
Use in pregnancy and breastfeeding
The use of the drug in pregnancy and during breastfeeding is contraindicated (safety and efficacy of naphtiphine in this category of patients is not studied).
Method of use and doses Naftifine:
Outside.
When the skin is affected
The drug Naphtiphine is applied once a day to the affected surface of the skin and adjacent areas (approximately 1 cm of a healthy skin area around the edges of the lesion zone) after their thorough cleaning and drying.
The duration of treatment for dermatomycosis is two to four weeks (up to eight weeks if necessary), for candidiasis - four weeks.
When nail is affected
The drug Naphtiphine is applied twice a day to the affected nail. Before the first use of the preparation, the affected part of the nail is removed as much as possible with scissors or a nail saw.
The drug Naphtiphine is applied once a day to the affected surface of the skin and adjacent areas (approximately 1 cm of a healthy skin area around the edges of the lesion zone) after their thorough cleaning and drying.
To prevent recurrence, treatment should continue for at least two weeks after clinical symptoms have disappeared.
Storage Conditions Naftifine
At temperatures not exceeding 25 °C.
Store in a place not accessible to children.
Best before date
3 years.
Pharmacodynamics:
Naphtiphine is an antifungal agent for external use, classified as allylamine.
It has antibacterial activity against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, which can cause secondary bacterial infections. It has an anti-inflammatory effect that contributes to the rapid disappearance of symptoms of inflammation, especially itching.
