Pharmacological effect Nimesulide:
Sulfonanilide NAPS, selective competitive reversible inhibitor TsOG-2 . It has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and heat-reducing effect. It has a less pronounced oppressive effect on TsOG-1.
Indications Nimesulide:
Acute pain (back, lumbar pain; pain syndrome in the bone-muscular system, including bruises, stretching of ligaments and joint dislocations; tendinitis, bursitis; toothache); symptomatic treatment of osteoarthritis with pain syndrome; primary algodismenorium.
Method of application, course and dosage Nimesulide:
Inside 100 mg 2 times/day, after eating.
Kidney disorders
Contraindicated in case of kidney failure (AC less than 30 ml/min).
Application for liver function disorders
Contraindicated for moderate and severe liver failure.
Use in older patients
