Storage conditions Rengalin
The drug should be stored out of reach of children, protected from light at temperatures not exceeding 25°C.

The pharmacological effects of the drug components experimentally demonstrate changes in the ligand-receptor interaction activity of endogenous regulators with the corresponding receptors. For example, antibodies to morphine interact with opiate receptors, and antibodies to histamine interact with histamine h1-receptors. The combination of these components leads to an enhanced anti-cough effect.
In addition to the anti-cough effect, the complex drug due to the components present in it also has anti-inflammatory, anti-edema, anti-allergic, antispasmodic (antibodies to histamine, antibodies to bradykinin) and analgesic effect (antibodies to morphine).
The complex drug rengaline promotes selective reduction of excitability of the cough center of the medulla oblongata by modifying histamine-dependent activation of n1-receptors and bradykinin-dependent activation of b2-receptors. It also inhibits the central connections of the cough reflex. Due to the suppression of pain sensitivity centers in the thalamus, the drug prevents the transmission of pain impulses to the cerebral cortex. By reducing the release of tissue and plasma algogens (histamine, bradykinin, prostaglandins and others), the drug restrains the flow of pain impulsation from the periphery. Unlike narcotic analgesics, it does not cause respiratory depression, drug dependence, and does not have a narcogenic or sedative effect.
The drug also alleviates the manifestations of acute pharyngitis, laryngitis, and bronchitis by reducing bronchospasm. It alleviates both systemic and local symptoms of allergic reactions by affecting the synthesis and release of histamine and bradykinin from mast cells.

Indications Rengalin

Rengalin is a medicinal product recommended for use in adults and children from 3 years of age. It is effective in the treatment of productive and non-productive cough occurring in influenza, acute respiratory viral infections, acute pharyngitis, laryngotracheitis, acute obstructive laryngitis, chronic bronchitis and other infectious-inflammatory and allergic diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tract.

Method of administration, course and dosage Rengalin

To use the drug, it is necessary to take it orally. One tablet should be kept in the mouth until it is completely dissolved. It is not recommended to divide the tablet into parts, as this may interfere with the effectiveness of treatment.
The usual dosage is 1-2 tablets three times a day, outside of meals. In the first three days of treatment, depending on the severity of the condition, the drug intake can be increased to 4-6 times a day. The duration of therapy is determined by the attending physician and depends on the severity of the disease.
It is important to follow the instructions and take Rengalin regularly to achieve optimal treatment effect. The uniqueness and quality of the drug guarantee its effective effect on respiratory diseases and allow you to achieve rapid recovery.
