Spazgan tablets feature a multi-component therapeutic formula designed to tackle smooth muscle spasms and the pain associated with them. By working simultaneously on central pain receptors and peripheral muscle tissues, it provides comprehensive relief from internal organ cramping and vascular headaches.

Active Ingredients per Tablet

• Metamizole Sodium – 500 mg: A powerful non-opioid analgesic and antipyretic that rapidly reduces severe pain and lowers fever.
• Pitofenone Hydrochloride – 5.0 mg: A direct-acting myotropic antispasmodic that relaxes the smooth muscles of internal organs, mimicking papaverine.
• Fenpiverinium Bromide – 0.1 mg: An anticholinergic agent that provides additional muscle-relaxing effects, blocking nerve impulses to further eliminate spasms.
