Composition:
1 ml tobramycin (in the form of sulfate) 3 mg dexamethasone (in the form of sodium phosphate) 1 mg Excipients: benzalkonium chloride, disodium EDTA, disodium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, sodium metabisulfite, sodium chloride, creatine, propylene glycol, purified water, sodium hydroxide or sulfuric acid (to maintain the pH level). Pharmacodynamics Broad-spectrum antibacterial, local anti-inflammatory.

Tobramycin (generation II aminoglycoside) blocks the 30-S subunit of the ribosomes and stops protein synthesis, at higher concentrations it disrupts the function of the cytoplasmic membranes, causing cell death. It is active against gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Citrobacter spp., Enterobacter spp.) And gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli, Klebsiella spp., Morganella morganii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus mirabispprat. )

Dexamethasone (fluorinated glucocorticoid), interacts with specific cytoplasmic receptors, forms a complex that penetrates the cell nucleus and stimulates mRNA synthesis.

Prevents the release of inflammatory mediators from eosinophils and mast cells. It reduces the activity of hyaluronidase, collagenase, proteases and capillary permeability, stabilizes cell membranes, has anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and immunosuppressive effects, local antipruritic and vasoconstrictor effects.
