Composition Ulblock
Dosage 10 mg
Rabeprazole, a pellet substance of 8.5% - 117.65 mg, in terms of sodium Rabeprazole - 10.0 mg.
Auxiliary substances of the pellet substance:
sugar spheres - 71.24 mg, hypromellose - 14.71 mg, talc - 1.76 mg, sodium carbonate - 1.65 mg, titanium dioxide - 0.82 mg
Pellet shell composition:
Hypromellose phthalate - 15.88 mg,
Cethyl alcohol - 1.59 mg.
Capsule body composition:
titanium dioxide - 2.0%,
iron oxide yellow - 0.1227%,
iron oxide red - 0.0071%,
gelatin - up to 100%.
Capsule cap composition:
titanium dioxide - 2.0%,
dye quinoline yellow - 0.75%,
dye sunscreen yellow - 0.0059%,
gelatin - up to 100%.

Testimony:
- Symptoms of dyspepsia associated with increased acidity of gastric juice,
- including symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (heartburn, acid bursting)
Pharmacodynamics:
Rabeprazole is a class of antisecretory substances derived from benzimidazole. Inhibits gastric juice secretion by specific H+/C+-ATP-ase inhibition on the secretory surface of parietal cells in the stomach.
Inhibits the final secretion stage of hydrochloric acid, reducing the basal and stimulated secretion of hydrochloric acid, regardless of the nature of the stimulus.

Use in renal dysfunction
Caution should be used in patients with severe hepatic insufficiency.
Use in case of impaired liver function
Patients with impaired liver function dose adjustment is not required, however, in patients with severe impairment of liver function, Rabeprazole is recommended to be used with caution.
Use in children
Contraindicated in children and adolescents under the age of 18 years.
