Tablets are effervescent white, round, flat, with beveled edges and one side of risk; dissolution results in gas bubbles.

Auxiliary substances: sodium hydrocarbonate - 1100 mg, anhydrous citric acid - 430 mg, anhydrous sodium citrate - 530 mg, anhydrous sodium carbonate - 71.5 mg, aspartame - 10 mg, povidone (K30) - 1 mg, crospovidone - 5 mg, orange* flavor - 2.5 mg.

* The flavoring includes: aromatic components (α-pinen, β-pinen, mirzen, lemonen, octanal, decanal, linalool, α-terinole), non-aromatic components (maltodextrin, acacia gum (E414), sulfur dioxide (E220), butylhydroxyanisol (E320)).

Expiration date
The shelf life is three years. Do not use the drug after the expiration date indicated on the package.
"Pharmacological properties Upsarin Upsa
The preparation has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects, which are carried out by suppressing COX-1 and COX-2, which are responsible for the synthesis of prostaglandins. In addition, it reduces platelet aggregation, adhesiveness, and thrombus formation by inhibiting platelet-derived thromboxane A2 synthesis. Antiplatelet effects last up to 7 days after ingestion and are more pronounced in men than in women.
Indications Upsarin Upsa
The drug is used for symptomatic treatment in adults with moderate or mild pain syndrome of various origins, such as headache, including alcohol withdrawal, migraine, toothache, neuralgia, thoracic root syndrome, muscle and joint pain, and dysmenorrhea (pain during menstruation). It is also used to reduce fever in colds and other infectious and inflammatory diseases in adults and children over 15 years.
Dosage and method of use Upsarin Upsa
It should be taken after a meal and dissolved in 100-200 ml of water. Regular dosing may help prevent sudden fever and reduce pain.
For adults and children over 15 years of age it is recommended to take 1 tablet (500 mg) up to 6 times a day in case of moderate pain and fever. In severe pain and high temperature, it is allowed to take 2 tablets (1 g) up to 3 times a day. The minimum interval between receptions should be 4 hours. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 3 grams (6 tablets).
Older people are advised to take 1 tablet (500 mg) up to 4 times a day for moderate pain and fever. In severe pain and high temperature, take 2 tablets (1 g) per dose. The minimum interval between receptions should be 4 hours. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 2 grams (4 tablets).
Treatment without consultation with a doctor should not exceed 5 days for pain relief and more than 3 days for antipyretics."
