Pharmacological effect Voltaren Emulgel
NSAIDs for external use. Diclofenac has a strong ability to relieve pain and inflammation, as well as lower the temperature. By indiscriminately blocking COX-1 and COX-2, it interferes with the metabolism of arachidonic acid. Voltaren® Emulgel® is used to eliminate pain and inflammatory processes in joints, muscles and ligaments resulting from injuries or rheumatic diseases, helping to reduce pain and swelling associated with inflammation, and increasing joint mobility.
Due to its water-alcohol composition, Voltaren® Emulgel® has a cooling and soothing effect.
