Retention Terms

Pharmaceuticals:

Affects the early histamine-dependent stage of allergic reactions, restricts the release of inflammatory mediators at a late stage of allergic reaction, reduces the migration of eosinophiles, neurophiles and basiophiles, stabilizes memes the bulky cells are breached. Reduces the permeability of capillaries, prevents swelling of tissues, removes spasm of smooth musculature. Method of application, course and dosage:

Overdose:
Symptoms: When taking a drug Cetirizine once in a dose of over 50 mg, confusion, diarrhea, dizziness, increased fatigue, headache, sickness, midriaz, itching, weakness, sedative effect, sleepiness, Stupor, tachycardia, tremor, urine delay.

Use in pregnancy and breastfeeding
The drug Cetirizine is contraindicated to use during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding).
