  • Treatment of infectious inflammatory diseases caused by clarithromycin-sensitive pathogens:

Pharmacological effect

A semi-synthetic antimicrobial of the macrolide group. It inhibits the synthesis of proteins in the microbial cell by interacting with the 50S ribosomal subunit of bacteria.
